OMG if I were a writer, I would have written the same book…I have been saying that for years that Hollywood is filled with a bunch of hypocrites…limousine liberals who hide in their mansions with top notch security, fly in private planes, when they tell us to save the planet…They preach how to save the planet, and in the meantime they have the largest footprint in history. They are elitists…they think of us as their income through their disgusting movies, and they think of us as the “unwashed”…like Ms. Streisand…she is such a liberal hypocrite…Springstein, Hanks, Harrison Ford, and all of them just laugh all the way to the bank…They back Obama because financially he has promised them that they will be subsidized by the government, so Jason, what we will see come out of Hollywood is Progressive/Liberal propaganda and I won’t be a part of that crowd…I will boycott and stay away from the theater…I’d rather watch paint dry than see those horrible movies…so I am so glad you wrote this book…I just ordered it through Amazon…Good Luck and I am sure it will be a big seller because many people have the same opinion of Hollywood…and the old saying: “You lie down with dogs, you will get fleas.” They have fleas…big time. I cannot stand them and will not put my $10 bucks down to be insulted and propagandized…People are getting the message, and if Hollywood continues to grind out the crap they have been; some lean years are ahead….they will stay away in droves….Thank you for writing what the public has been feeling for a long time…
Jason’s work is fantastic! I love how he exposes Hollywood rat fink phonies. Please keep up your great work, a breath of fresh air in a world of leftist, liberal, progressive group think media types. Anyone from Hollywood I dismiss immediately as a phony, moronic, buffoonish, unintelligent hypocrite. I would never pay attention to a Hollywood liberal idiot.

Let me get this straight — because someone is wealthy and uses the current rules of the current system to their advantage they lack the moral authority to call for changes to that system? And moreover should be ridiculed when they do?
I presume from your work for Human Events that you’re a Catholic. So I’m sure you found yourself at some point easily facing down the argument of some clever first year college student who told you the pope had no right to speak about the poor and oppressed when they had all that valuable real estate in Rome.
I would say your work is a joke but apparently there are enough morally stunted people out there to keep you afloat.

I especially liked your dig on Bon Jovi. I’m a kid of the 80′s (born in ’75) and my friends, due to my Italian last name would call me, ‘Bon Jovi’.
Whereas I HATED Bon Jovi, hair metal as a whole.
My brothers, 10 & 12 years older, respectively; They’d only listened to the likes of Black Sabbath, Bon Scott-era AC/DC, Thin Lizzy, Rainbow, DIO etc., type metal, rock music.
